In cooperation with the cycling2serve fellowship and Osteuropahilfe we will be holding the „Miles for Ukraine Vol.2“ in the city of Perg on Monday, January 11th.
This project has been on my radar for quite some time now and although previous events didn’t materialize I kept faith in supporting this courageous group of youngsters at some point.
Situated on the outskirts of Kiev, the DOMI MARI is home to about 30 children. Mostly hailing from severe family backgrounds, these kids have often been abondened in the streets at an early age.
Sisters of the congregation of St.Joseph are trying to instill values and believe in these kids who on long term keep participating in community activities such as the MALA RACHA care unit which provides assistance to elderly people in completely isolated villages.
The presentation will take place in the Rotary Club house at 7.30 pm.
