What keeps you occupied when you try to pull off the Americas-crossing: The Andes, Safety, Nutrition, Physical effort, Language, Culture, Lifestyle, Health, Traffic, Poverty, to name a few … but what really pushed me to the limits was my stint as an english teacher at NPH Honduras back in summer 2016.
